Solace Pediatric Healthcare

Solace Pediatric Home Healthcare is a top provider of pediatric in home therapy in Colorado since 2005. They provide evaluations, consultations and treatments for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy from birth to 18 years with the mission to help children and families live their best lives.

The Goals

Solace came to us with the desire to expand their in-home services across the front range of Colorado while simultaneously edging out major competitors in the market. They approached us at an opportune time as their primary competitor had recently been acquired by a national provider.

This presented a unique opportunity for Solace to capitalize on the downtime while their main competition restructured.

The Approach

After the pandemic began, Solace once again found themselves uniquely positioned. They had already been developing telemedicine services to offer therapy to children outside of their service areas. The remote services were rapidly completed and rolled out to accommodate the transition of thousands of children leaving school based therapy, and to maintain social distancing from their entire base of in-home clients.

Solace asked us to build a Facebook ad campaign to rapidly engage and inform parents in Denver, Larimer County, and Colorado Springs of the new telemedicine offering. Once again, we leveraged our insights and data from search to spin up a campaign in record time.

We employed a comprehensive plan to manage many aspects of their digital presence including Search Engine Ranking, Social Media Management, Facebook Ads, Content Writing & Blog Posting, and Reputation Management.

Throughout our partnership, Solace has experienced double digit growth in revenue.
